What happened if I have a problem with the book or a tour?

Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and we are here to help. All the business in the book have signed agreements with us and the tour operators are the largest and most reliable, if it is a valid complaint they will usually refund the money.

What tours do you recommend?

Always difficult as it comes down to individual taste. Chichen Itza is must and the most populare, Xcaret is the second most poplare tour followed by Tulum & Xel-Ha. Locally the most popular tours are trup to Isla Mujeres, Jungle Tour and Swim with Dolphins. For snorkeling Cozumel, Tulum and Xel-Ha, or Isla Mujeres. For a complete family day Xcaret would be our choice, it is a very long day around 14-15 hours but varied and very enjoyable, make sure you stay for the night show, it is fantastic.
