How could the book be so cheap yet offer so
much?
We
have worked hard to give you the ultimate in savings, through specially
negotiated prices. The business in the book feel confident that by offering
you a major discount you will visit them often after having enjoying their
products and experiencing their services, they trust that you will tell
others and return again and again without the benefits of our book. They
simply feel confident and comfortable that once you have a chance to experience
what they have to offer you will gladly return without the need for a
major discount. We keep our overheads to a minimum and to keep our book
price low we depend on high volume of book sales, so we hope you will
take your tours through us and tell everyone whom you may think will benefit
from our books, and the price of our tours.
How
long is the book valid for?
While
most on vacation in Cancun will stay 1-2 weeks, we have made the book
valid for a minimum of 4 months, usually much longer, we update the books
many times per year as the book is constantly expanding so the expiry
date changes accordingly.
What
is the price of the book?
That
depends, if you buy the book over the internet, the base price is $15.00
usd. If you buy the book in Cancun there is additional 10% tax (1.50 usd)
for a total of $16.50 usd. We send the book over the internet in a word
file thats simple to download so you have it on arrive.
What
are the different payment options?
We
deal with Pay Pal, owned by EBay, Pay Pal is the largest and most experienced
when it comes to payment on-line. That is their main business and all
EBay customers who pay by credit card use them as well as do many others
(Amazon etc.). They have a completely secure server and site. It's simple
if you do not already have an account with Pay Pal it's explained in a
step by step procedure that is if you want to pay by credit card. For
both the tours and books. You may pay a Deposit for your tours via Pay
Pal.
How
can the tours be so cheap, are they the same as I would find in Cancun?
Identical,
if the prices you are being quoted use the biggest operators as we do,
the only difference will be the price, same tour, same buses, same service
the only thing different will be the price. If you do see a tour cheaper
it will either be with a inferior operator or require you to attend a
90 minute time-share presentation. If you want us to match a cheaper price
with a cheaper tour operator we can accommodate you but strongly recommend
against this as the tour will probably be a one time experience for you.
By trying to save the $3-$4.00 you will loose out in the long run from
the difference of experience between a high quality operator and another
company trying to cut corners. You get what you pay for.
What
is booking a tour?
Booking
a tour (recommended especially in high season) means you pay a small deposit
(through Pay Pal) from your visa which guarantees your places on the tour.
The remainder needs be paid before the tour starts. You may even pay the
balance in cash to the tour guide a moment before you step on the bus!
The other advantage besides the guarantee of your place on the tour is
that you don't need to arrange payment 24 hours in advance as you do with
the reservation system. A confirmation number and all the information
is send via email.
Does
everyone who goes on the tour need to buy a book?
No,
as long as you have at least one book you may book as many tours for as
many people as you wish.
How
can I loose if I buy the book?
The
only way to loose the $15.00 is not to use the book at all or not go on
any of the tours. By using 1-2 coupons or booking 1-2 tours you be saving
money and have the rest of the coupons to save while your are exploring
Cancun.
What
happened if I have a problem with the book or a tour?
Our
office is open from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and we are here to help.
All the business in the book have signed agreements with us and the tour
operators are the largest and most reliable, if it is a valid complaint
they will usually refund the money.
Can
I book a tour with you if I don't own the book?
No,
you must have the book in order to book tours through us and receive the
special prices.
How does making money in Cancun work?
From the time you arrive at the airport in Cancun you
will be approached by touts trying to convince you to attend a presentation
at thier respective resorts. As an insentive they will offer you a gift,
normally discount on tour tickets or even tickets for free. This can be
overwhelming as people are vunerable and normally their first time in
Cancun. If you are interested in doing a presentation at any of the resorts,
we can arrange this for you and get you a much better deal than you will
have been originally offered, normally $150.00 worth of tour tickets,
or $100.00 u.s. cash or even more!
We would advise you to skip the sellers
at the airport and get settled in, you could always get the same or a
better deal just walking down the street. We believe that if you are interested
in attending a time share prommotion we can negotiate the best deal for
us. Simply email us prior to arrival.
What
tours do you recommend?
Always
difficult as it comes down to individual taste. Chichen Itza is must and
the most populare, Xcaret is the second most poplare tour followed by
Tulum & Xel-Ha. Locally the most popular tours are trup to Isla Mujeres,
Jungle Tour and Swim with Dolphins. For snorkeling Cozumel, Tulum and
Xel-Ha, or Isla Mujeres. For a complete family day Xcaret would be our
choice, it is a very long day around 14-15 hours but varied and very enjoyable,
make sure you stay for the night show, it is fantastic. The scuba diving
of course along the second largest reef in the world is huge. Also look

Cancun
